Tarsal coalitions are a group of osseous anomalies where there is bridge between two or more bones that normally does not exist. This often results in decreased abnormal motion which can lead to pain and deformity over time. case report centers on 41-year-old male with rare coalition the lateral cuneiform cuboid foot was identified magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after plain radiographs failed show any abnormalities. believed be only fifth account this literature possibly first patient. Surgical options were offered patient, but he unable commit post operative requirements surgery. An ultrasound-guided cortisone injection as an alternative treatment option did provide adequate relief. will revisited future if symptoms return. The scarcity specific other rarer makes reporting them valuable additions limited guidance regarding their currently exists.
